You are the facilitator for an interprofessional team of learners in the classroom/clinical setting. Managing learners from different health professions can be challenging. These scenarios will challenge facilitators to determine how to help the learner group function most efficiently and effectively. After role-playing each scenario, we will debrief to discuss any challenges faced and how they were addressed.
