What Your Profession Brings to the Team:
Occupational Therapists differ from some of these professions because we view our clients and approach their interventions holistically. We provide insights about the client’s goals and networks or determinants that may impact those goals beyond the common hospital setting.

Why You Joined HPSLC:
WashU has various ways to get involved, but as an OT who plans to work in the school setting where I will be collaborating mostly with other professionals outside of OT, I thought this organization would be the perfect place to work on that interprofessional collaboration I will have in my future workplace.

Your Superpower:
Adaptability. This skill enables me to effectively address diverse needs and situations that arise within the council and its activities. Adaptability allows me to creatively problem-solve and tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of all health professionals.
